Honeybee Charcuterie

Honeybee Charcuterie started as a promise to a friend - that his wedding wouldn’t financially ruin him. I could prepare a beautiful meal that everyone would love.
That promise grew into a much larger belief. Good food is an experience for everyone. It shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg to enjoy it.

As a young adult, I saw first hand the importance of that joy. When I explained to my friends my favorite pairing (aged white cheddar, honey roasted almonds, and homemade cherry merlot jam), their eyes widened. The house was almost silent as they savored each bite.
